American General Finance?

We need a loan and his credit is very bad like way under a 500 like 100 or 200 not sure but could he get a loan with american general finance? I know the intrest rate would be very high or should i get it my credit score is zero cause i just started my credit, i have 2 lines of credit open (credit cards) and its been opened since june. Also will will my score go up?
