any info on critic collections? money is being taken from my bank account and i have no idea who these people?

Critic Collection has been taking money straight from my bank account. I have no outstanding debts and I can't find ANY info on this agency. My bank tells me all they have is this name. I had to close out my bank account because of this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
