Does anyone know if debt recovery agencies are allowed to phone us on Sundays?
I am having dealings with Capquest at the moment. These people are rude agressive and they also phone on Sundays. (hence the question)
I have had enough already, I have given Direct Debit arrangements to them, but there was a hiccup at my bank..Capquest were on the phone again .I ignored the phone for a while...then I found the phone number..not the 0870 number (You can get a normal one off their website) I then phoned them and spoke to a woman on the phone. She was trying to tell me what to pay. I just said...';Excuse me, I have already made an arrangement and that is the one I will adhere to'; ...It did the trick.
I would like to hear form anyone else if they have expereinced the same thing.
